Nearly a quarter million people will flood into the metro Phoenix area during Super Bowl Week. The town is almost completely SOLD OUT! There are only 50,000 hotel rooms available in the metro phoenix area. Here’s a new way to look for Super Bowl Rooms.
If you are a guaranteed ticket holder, the official Super Bowl website will offer you stays at hotels that can only charge you their maximum rack rate for the season (which coincidentally happens to be peak season). The minimum stay is 4 days and the cheapest I could find was $650 a night for a single bed at a hotel that was 45 miles from the game and even farther to Tempe which is host to the Super Bowl Saturday event.
Many people who are traveling to Arizona for SuperBowl Week are doing so as a family or with a group. Many who are doing so are turning to home owners in the Phoenix Area to rent their homes for the week. There are dozens of sites that are devoted to listing properties… however they are often difficult to search and find what you are looking for.
The market for these properties is flooded with home owners trying to rent out their space and make several thousand on the deal. The average rate for a 3 bedroom house is $3000 a night. And for some houses this is not too bad of a rate considering that many of these homes have additional amenities that hotels can’t offer you, such as private heated pools and full kitchens.
So… if you are dead set on coming to the Phoenix Area during a SuperBowl Week that coincides with the FBR Open. How do you find and select the right house? I have found a website the takes all of the work out of it for you. You just tell them exactly what you are looking for and the price range you looking to spend and they hook you up with a rental home that matches your taste and budget. Got check out www.superbowlrooms.org for your home rental needs. Finding the right room could not be easier.
